In the event you do not cancel, 15 days after you order your trial product, you will be automatically enrolled in our convenient home Auto-Delivery Program and your credit card will be charged the monthly fee. Your first order will be sent 15 days after the trial period. Then thereafter, 30 days from your prior order, you will be billed the monthly charge each month when product is sent to you. RETURN POLICY - DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Damaged products must be reported within 5 days of receipt or no replacement will be sent or credit issued. In the event that the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING until you contact Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send a replacement product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged merchandise.
RETURN POLICY - REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued on any packages that come back "Return to Sender", "Refused", or any other denial of acceptance. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of original purchase. Please note that we only accept returns for product purchased through our company. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Call (877) 584-3558 to receive an RMA number and ask any questions about returning product. We do not pay for the return shipping. All returns will receive an 85% refund of the cost of the merchandise returned issued directly to the same credit or debit card originally ordered with. When we receive the returned merchandise with an RMA we will process the return within 48 hours. AUTO-DELIVERY PROGRAM: You hereby agree to subscribe to the Auto-Delivery Program by allowing your credit card to be automatically billed a monthly subscription fee. There is NO minimum commitment; you may cancel your Auto-Delivery Program subscription at any time without penalty by calling our office or emailing us. The monthly subscription fee is refundable (less the restocking fee) once processed and within the 14 day return policy.
